Lane is the Co-founder of Modern PURAIR®, Canada’s fastest growing Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) franchise system, with its head office based out of beautiful Kelowna, BC, Canada. Lane has helped Modern PURAIR® grow into the largest IAQ franchise system in Canada, with over 30+ locations in Canada.

In 2021 Lane was awarded the Mamas for Mamas Honorary Mama of the Year for his philanthropic efforts helping children in poverty through the PURKIDS foundation and has been named to the over Forty list. Modern PURAIR has received many prestigious business awards including the Small Business of the Year (2021), and Medium Business of the Year (2022).

Lane regularly helps other entrepreneurs as a coach on building their brand, and is a member of EO Okanagan.

He sits on the board of the PURKIDS® foundation, a national registered charity to help children in need. Lane resides in Kelowna with his wife, April Martin, and their children.
